Franklin County Humane Society needs foster parents TODAY

The Franklin County Humane Society (VA) is in need of foster homes. 2 weeks can mean the difference between life and death when the SPCAs and Humane Societies are trying to help save lives from other pounds. They have to have somewhere to put them! Providing a temporary home creates a safe place they can go until there is room on the adoption floor.
