Planned Pethood - Franklin County needs foster parents

Planned Pethood - Franklin County needs foster parents....it's raining pups! They just got in 6 pups who are about 6 weeks old and are beagle mixes. The pups need a foster for about 2 weeks. We also need a foster for Olivia, the 8 week old lab pup that was pulled from the pound this week. Winnie & Pooh also need fosters! If you can foster, please let us know.
